Course Evaluations

Welcome to Explorance Blue

We are excited to introduce our new course evaluation tool, Explorance Blue. Although adjusting to a new tool can be daunting, ultimately we hope you find using it easier than our home grown tool. This was a change we had to make, because our current system was reaching its end-of-life and could no longer be supported.We greatly appreciate the Course Evaluation Committee's support and help in ensuring we meet the same functionality with the new system, and for helping us test it. We also appreciate the IT team's help in launching the integration of Blue.  

Faculty teaching H1 or N1 terms will be our first group to opt-in and select objectives. First year faculty, faculty specialists & adjunct faculty must opt-in and be evaluated. Open office hours are scheduled for assistance, with availability to meet in CTE [still on 5th floor LSC] or join via the Teams meeting link.

Our Blue partners are offering an introduction to Blue on October 8, 2026 at 11:30 am. Join the CTE and our Explorance Blue partners for an online overview of the platform and a firsthand look at its features and functionality. You’ll learn what to expect from the new course evaluation experience and have an opportunity to ask questions as we prepare for the transition to Blue.A recording will be posted here if you cannot attend the session. .

Instructions for Completing Evaluations

After our first semester, you will again have the option to copy objectives from previous semesters. In Blue, you will be able to copy objectives and custom questions from similar courses. They will not need to be copies from the same course.
