Monitor Response Rates

Once students have access to the evaluations, you will be able to monitor the response rates in Blue. To monitor the response rates, follow these steps. 

  1. Make sure you do not select the box next to the statement “I have finished all my tasks, please stop sending me reminders,” or you will not receive the reminder to track the student response rates when the evaluation collection begins. [If you accidentally select it, you will need to go to the dashboard at  to monitor response rates when students begin evaluations.] 
    Do Not Check option in Blue
  2. To follow the response rates, return to Blue by selecting Course Evaluations on the home page of Brightspace or by going directly to Blue at .
  3. At the bottom left corner of the home page of Blue, you will be able to select the link to monitor student participation. This tells you a percentage rather than who has submitted an evaluation.
