On Thursday 8th June 21 Y10 students were invited to attend the University of Sheffield ‘Examined Life’ event.
The day consisted of lectures and workshops covering major philosophical questions and topics such as social philosophy, ethics, and metaphysics.Ìý The trip gave our students the opportunity to find out more about the University of Sheffield and the value of studying philosophy and related subjects beyond GCSE. All students in attendance demonstrated excellent behaviour and got involved with every aspect of the trip. They were fantastic ambassadors of RE and Wickersley School.ÌýÌýÌý
